The court lady accompanied tourist reproduced the living scene of Emperor Xuanzong and Yang Guifei, with maids and guards around them, tasting imperial food presented by officials, appreciating music and dances and making a tour in the gardens. In greeting the distinguished guests the tourist guide will wear the costume of an court lady. The tourists also can dressed in a suit of costume while visiting the garden. The Tang music can be heard everywhere and visitors can have a good appreciation of Tang culture.

Since April 1st, 1999, the music and dance performance in the Tang style has been staged in the Huaqing Pool. The main programs are Drunken Imperial Concubine, the Thought in Autumn, The Rainbow Skirt and the Feathered Coat Dance, etc. The charge-free performance is held in the Six-angle Pavilion or Pear Garden at regular time every day. Paid and reserved performance is also available.

The performance reproducing the prosperous Tang includes 30 programs reproduces the scene of peace in the Tang palace over 1,000 years ago. Many poems literal works were served as lyrics and many traditional Chinese musical instruments such as bell, drum, stringed plucked instruments are also used in the performance.

The procession to greet guests in the style of Tang Dynasty consists of a courtier, court ladies, maids of honor, flag-holders, and guards. It reproduces a graceful ceremony of greeting foreign envoys, who would present themselves before the emperor in the Huaqing Palace, over 1,300 years ago. To the ancient music, 8 flag-holders come up followed by the courtier who holds an imperial edict and greets the distinguished guests. Then six beautifully-dressed maids of honor will lead the guests. Some of them hold a palace lantern and the others hold a bronze mirror. With graceful gait, young maids will present the guests with litchi while the dancers greet the guests with their marvelous performance.

The hot springs in the Huaqing pool have a long history over 6,000 years. Emperors over many dynasties had enjoyed their bath here.

Now visitors can have the pleasure of bath in present Huaqing Pool. Bathrooms are located in the scenic area, surround by flowers and trees. The services here are of high quality. The bathrooms include single rooms, double rooms, new bathrooms, hotel bathrooms, hot spring surfing room, sauna and acupuncture-therapy room. They can accommodate several hundred guests. The charge ranges from 20 to 100 yuan. Every bathroom provides guests with free lounge, tea, Karaoke equipment, etc. where they will have a pleasant time while take a bath.

With further development, the bath in the style of the Tang Dynasty be offered from the design of pool, the waterway, the equipments, the costumes and behaviors of the service staff to the massage skill. In taking the bath, the guests can enjoy Tang music and dance or drink tea and chat with their friends.

The Nine-Dragon Pool gets its name from the imperial pool belonged to Emperor Xuanzong. In the bathroom, there are a small parlor and a sauna room. The bathroom is well and delicately decorated. It can accommodate 3 to8 people.

The Lotus Pool was so called because it takes a shape of lotus. In the history, the lotus-shaped pool was exclusively belonged to the emperor of Tang. Besides, lotus in Buddhism is exalted and pure.

The Crabapple Pool is made duplicating the Yang Guifei's pool. The original pool took the shape of a crabapple flower. Yang Guifei used her Crabapple Pool for about ten years. Taking a bath here, everyone would experience an imperial bath.
